-A picnic basket with local specialties to share, including: Cerignola olives, mild soppressata sausage, strong French chasseur dry sausage, Italian Piave cheese from Veneto, Italian Campitello sheep’s milk cheese (pecorino), smoked Provola stretched-curd cheese, and slices of toasted Crostini bread.
