  The offer is acquired by the customer directly from the merchant although the transaction is done on the PromoRabais group buying platform. It is therefore the responsibility of the merchant to provide the customer with the service to which he/she is committed in accordance with the terms and conditions provided in the published offer, or to compensate or refund accordingly. Vie Urbaine Média offers users of its platform sustained customer service to ensure that merchants who publish offers on its platforms respect these commitments. This support is reflected in the following refund policy.

• Refund period guaranteed by PromoRabais

  For a period of 14 days following the date of purchase of a coupon on its platform, Vie Urbaine will reimburse the amount disbursed by the purchaser of the coupon, without the purchaser having to justify his request for reimbursement in any way, provided that the coupon has not already been used or has not expired.

• Subsequent Redemption Support Period

  After this period, PromoRabais's commitment is limited to supporting its users in any claim, legitimate and motivated to a merchant, aiming either to ensure that the service is rendered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the offer, or to request a refund for services not rendered. Each request will be evaluated on its own merits and Vie Urbaine will do its utmost to ensure a fair settlement by the merchant of any request for reimbursement by users of its platform. PromoRabais is not responsible for reimbursing the buyer in the event that a business closes its doors, goes bankrupt or cannot honour its coupons for any other reason.

• IMPORTANT

  It is important to check the Conditions and Details section of the offer purchased on one of Urban Life Media's platforms. Our refund policy does not apply to certain promotions posted when they are considered as final non-refundable sales. In addition, after making your reservation with an establishment, it is important to check if the cancellation policy of the establishment applies. Cancellation that does not comply with the terms and conditions of the offer will result in the loss of value of your voucher.
