Click on login located in the upper right corner of our home page. Then click on forgotten password and enter the email associated with your account. You will receive an email allowing you to reset your password. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam.

The offer is acquired by the customer directly from the merchant although the transaction takes place on the Vie Urbaine group purchasing platform. It is therefore up to the merchant to provide the customer with the service to which he has undertaken in accordance with the terms and conditions provided for in the published offer. Otherwise, he will have to compensate him or reimburse him accordingly. In the first place, you should therefore contact the merchant directly to resolve the situation. If you do not have an account, create one by clicking on register at the top right of our site and enter the requested information. Once logged into your account, go to the offer that interests you and click on buy. Once the transaction is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download and print your coupons. Please note, the confirmation email is not your coupon, you must click on the COUPON hyperlink to access it and be able to print it. Once you have your coupon in hand with your voucher number , you can make a complaint to the merchant. It is important to read the instructions on your coupon and follow the steps given there.

A few minutes after your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to access your coupons. Otherwise, check that the email did not end up in your spam folder. If it is not, you can access your coupons by logging into your account at the top right of our home page. You will find them in the Order History section. If the coupon you are looking for is not found there, please contact us at the following address: [email protected] with the name of the company and the number of the offer you have purchased.

You can buy a coupon with your name on it and give it away. It will be accepted by the merchant. You can also choose the option to buy an electronic gift card and send it directly to the desired person. You can choose the amount and add a personalized message. The recipient will be able to use it on all the offers that can be purchased directly on our platform.

Once your purchases are complete, go to your shopping cart and click on Payment. Under your purchases, you will have a promotional code box where you can enter your code. Then click on Apply and the amount will update automatically.

To use your credits, log into your account and select the purchase you wish to make. When you are at the checkout stage, select at the bottom of the Apply Your Credits page. You will see the number of credits you have left and you can choose how many credits you want to apply to the transaction. Once entered, the credits will be applied and the amount in your cart will automatically adjust.
